If you have submitted your paperwork on the Campus France Docbox, but haven’t heard back from Campus France USA, please check that, after paying the Campus France processing fee you also have uploaded the paperwork on the Docbox and fully submitted the application by clicking on the button “Submit”.
Once the paperwork has been submitted on the Docbox, you will receive an email from Etudes en France confirming that your payment has been validated. For the regular service, that email may take a few of days to be received.
If you received the email from Etudes en France confirming that your payment has been validated, your application will be reviewed within the time frame based on the chosen service (expedited: 3 business days or regular: 3 weeks),
